on sunday Tony Stewart won his 1st race as a driver/owner and is the 1st to do it since Ricky Rudd was the last at Martinsville on Sept. 27 1998. Stewart had to conserve a lot of fuel to make it to the end. Stewart had a big lead on the field and when tnt showed the camera on the inside of the car you could here him letting off way early down the stretches and coasting threw the turns and then getting back on it. it really showed how good and smart of a driver Stewart is.also on sunday nascar started the new double file restart. it was good racing every restart with no lap down cars in the way. now nascar could put it into use in the nationwide and camping world truck series as soon as this weekend.stewart won then Edwards, Reutimann, Gordon, Newman, Ambrose, Johnson, Montoya, Burton, Hornish, Biffle, and Bowyer.  the standing are 1st Stewart, Gordon, Johnson, Newman, Kurt Busch, Edwards, Biffle, Kenseth, Kyle Busch, Burton, Reutimann, and Hamlin.

Jimmie Johnson won sunday’s race at Dover. Johnson had to restart in the back of the top ten and boy did he make one heck of a run on those 4 fresh tires. Johnson dominated all day sunday. Johnson won Stewart 2nd, Biffle 3rd, Kenseth 4th, and Kurt Busch 5th. the standings are 1st Stewart, 2nd Gordon, 3rd Johnson, 4th Kurt Busch, 5th Newman, 6th Kyle Busch, 7th Hamlin, 8th Kenseth, 9th Biffle, 10th Burton, 11th Edwards, and 12th Martin. next week’s race is in Pocono. one of my favorite race’s of the year.

just read on yahoo.com that season 10 on The Ultimate Fighter will probably be the best. Rampage Jackson vs Rashard Evans. these 2 guys do not like each other at all. you want to know how bad Rampage wanted this fight. Dana White gave him the choice of fight current champ Lyoto Machida or coach season 10 of TUF. Rampage has admitted that he dint like coaching on TUF because he doesnt like to lose . Rampage choose coaching on TUF and not fight for the title to get at Evans. you tell me this will not be a good season. season premiere Sept 16. fight will be in December. i am excited and cant wait.

david reutimann won his 1st career nascar sprint cup series race. he won the rain shortened coke 600 at charlotte. next weekends race is in Dover home of the monster mile. the points didnt change much after charlotte. 1Gordon 2Stewart 3Kurt Busch 4Johnson 5Hamlin 6Kyle Busch 7Newman 8Burton 9Kenseth 10Biffle 11Edwards 12Martin. Reutimann is closing in on that very important 12th and final spot for the Chase For The Cup and that win helped alot.

UFC 98 was held last night and here are some of the results:

Lyoto Machida def. Rashard Evans by KO in the 2nd rd.   Machida wins the belt from Evans.

Matt Hughes def. matt Serra by unanimous decision.

Frank Edgar def Sean Sherk by unanimous decision.

Krzysztof Soszynski def Andre Gusnao by tko in the 1st rd.   Soszynski works with Randy Couture and was on TUF. he is really makin a name for himself and dont be surprised if he is makin a run for a belt very soon. great submission man and has great defense.

GO MAGIC

the Orlando Magic are in the eastern conference finals agaisnst Lebron and the Cleveland Cavaliers. the Magic won the 1st game and the Cavs won the 2nd game. game 3 is in Orlando and the Magic are gonna have to play there best agaisnt them.the series is tied 1 to 1. GO MAGIC

the western conference finals are between the LA Lakers and Denver Nuggets. Laker lead that series 2 to 1. Melo and the boys need to really take control and play like they have been to beat Kobe and the Lakers.

sorry been busy lately. (lil lazy) racing has been very good the last few weeks. last saturday night was the all star race in charlotte. Tony Stewart won his 1st race as an owner/driver but it was not a points race. tonight race is the coke 600 in charlotte. Ryan Newman is on the pole for tonights race. the point standings as of tonight goes 1. Gordon 2. Stewart 3. Kurt Busch 4. Johnson 5. Hamlin 6. Burton 7. Kyle Busch 8. Newman 9. Biffle 10. Kenseth 11. Martin 12. Edwards.           

Mayfield has been suspended 12 races for violating nascar’s drug policy and not for performance enhancing drugs. nascar says it was a recreational drug. mayfield says it was a mixture of Claritin D and otc drugs.nascar says no way. some of nascar’s drivers say they want to know what Mayfield was suspended for. Mayfield has hired a lawyer and may take legal action against nascar to prove he is innocent. the lawsuit could be filed this coming week.stay tuned.  Carl Long was fined and  suspended 12 races and fined 200 driver/owner points for using an engine bigger than allowed by nascar. Longb says it wasn’t his fault because he uses engines from a reliable engine builder. he is appealing his suspension.

terminator salvation

this movie was awesome. bale was the perfect john conner. this was exciting and kept me on the edge of me seat the whole time. the machines were crazy to see all the different types.i recommend this movie to every one and remember YOU ARE THE RESISTENSE!!!!!!

i like the look of  TUF fighters Vinny and Kzysztof. both of them are really good fight and and both are up and coming. hopefully Liddell can get back to his old ways of dangerous knockouts and contend at least one more time for the title. Silva will keep his title in dominating fashion like he does and i dont really see anybody challenging him for the title.
